I am inclined to share how focusing on fighting demons that trigger negative emotions and mental issues can cause more adverse impact for some people or some situations. Hence my sentiment, the need to feed our positive triggers to outweigh some adversities. I think it goes without saying, sometimes we avoid the negative conversations, reminders of our setbacks and non progressive to-do lists by managing triggers in ways that only weigh us down. Its easy to make out what gives us good vibes, that's what you should pursue. We do not give what brings us positivity as much attention and dwelling. Much as small things trigger us negatively , some small things can trigger positivity. That song, that one conversation, a hug, solving a puzzle, bungy jumping need to be 'done more' to level up good vibes.
