Trimble TerraFlex software version 2024.20 introduces a new Local Project workflow that allows users to collect, manage, and share field data directly from their devices without relying on cloud synchronization. This workflow is ideal for smaller organizations or those with strict cloud security policies. The Local Project workflow complements the existing Cloud workflow, which automatically synchronizes data to the Trimble Connect Map Viewer web application. This release also features a new Terra Office application used to create Local Project template files, which can then be used to create new data collection projects in TerraFlex. The Local Project workflow is available for download on the Google Play Store and Terra Office can be downloaded directly from the Trimble website.
