In this episode, we examine the work task of trimming and framing your house.  We see this in many of the Karate Kid Movies and Cobra Kai Show where the Miyagi Do Dojo and Mr. Miyagi's house is trimmed and finished to look organized and rustic aesthetic look.  In our martial art practice, we talk about the "Circle" Defense using your circular blocks, keeping people out of your personal space.   Lastly, we talk about "Circle" Kicks for pivot and follow through work.
