You’re trying to get the best performance from your life, just like you trim a sail on a sailboat. You’re always tweaking and adjusting the sail regardless of the wind or the direction you’re going in. You always have the opportunity to make little changes to get something better out of what you’re doing. I figured with this topic of fitness and nutrition and lifestyle you always have the opportunity to make those little changes.
