Trina Bird is a New Hampshire native and a mother of 5. She is a lover of cats, books & plants, sayer of: "Yes. LFG."
She is filled with an insatiable appetite for virtuosic & prodigious
baking 24/7, and it really shows in her incredible baked goods. You can find them at Lighthouse Local Café in Bedford and I’d say Birdfood is mostly known for it’s donuts but Trina and her team do cakes, cruffins, decadent sandwiches, poptarts, cookies, you name it!
I really enjoyed talking with Trina, she’s full
of humor, grit, and has a huge love of local food. In this convo we talk about what it was like growing up in a big family, being a people-pleaser, finding balance in work and life, and what she enjoys about living in New England.
