Dennis Wholey speaks with Trinidad and Tobago's Ambassador to the United States, Brigadier General (Ret'd) Anthony Phillips-Spencer. Their conversation explores the unique Caribbean success story that is Trinidad and Tobago as well as the country's long history and ties to the United States. The Ambassador emphasizes his countries ingenuity and diverse culture throughout the interview and shares the various struggles and successes Trinidad & Tobago has experienced.
