Trinity Examen for Catholic Wellness Women

Take 4 minutes at the end of the day to do an Examen so that you can see where you have grown and where you need to work as you enhance your journey of wellness through holiness.

Trinity Examen seeks the wisdom, love, and forgiveness of the Holy Trinity so that we can grown in holiness everyday. This simple method was Inspired by Fr. Andrew Mattingly 3,2,1 Examen.

Come, Holy Trinity, calm my soul as to be enlightened with God's merciful love to transform myself.

Turn to God the Father and thank Him for at least 3 things from your day.

Turn to God the Son, and ask forgiveness for at least 2 failings:

Turn to God the Spirit, and make 1 concrete, measurable resolution for the next day.
