Every believer should make understanding the full details of the gospel a priority in their lives for these 3 reasons:

1. Every Christian is under obligation to proclaim the gospel (Romans 1:13-17)

2. Every unsaved person is under the wrath of God and needs the gospel (Romans 1:18-20)

3. Everyone will fall into the downward spiral of sin who reject the gospel (Romans 1:21-25)

Because everyone will stand before God, we should get prepared for His impartial judgement by doing these three things…

1. Stop making excuses and comparisons.

2. Know your response matters.

Compare yourself to His perfect standard.
