Efficiency is "doing things right."

Effectiveness is "doing the right things."

While both are needed, please understand that you can be doing the WRONG THINGS efficiently and NOT be doing anything effective or meaningful.

This is not always the case, but it's OFTEN the case.

Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos helped us be efficient in doing the things we were already doing. Yes, they're two of the richest people in history but is that REALLY the type of history you want to make?
