Suspenseful romance

This was an interesting story that held my attention throughout - but it's not as light-hearted as the past Blaze stories I've read. That being said, I did laugh in several spots. The overall concept for the book was intriguing and there is a lot of smexy going on - definitely Blaze territory.

For some reason, though, I didn't feel a strong connection to these characters. Maybe because I couldn't identify with / understand Holly's decisions? If I had been in Holly's position, I would have been all over the opportunity to be with Nick from the get-go instead of fighting the obvious attraction.

There is a suspense element to this story that had an interesting conclusion, even though it did seem to come out of left field. It would have been a nice addition if the author had teed up several possible perpetrators for the mischief that was going on. That way we would have been left guessing, but without feeling a little blindsided.

Either way - a good read for a rainy afternoon.

"Triple Threat" is a sizzler not to be missed...

Triple Threat has suspense, sizzle, humor, drama, sizzle and two main characters who are so well crafted you are sad when the book ends because you want the next chapter now! (And did I mention sizzle?) This is a modern romance with depth and an engaging plot.

Regina Kyle's characters and the world of theater are extremely real. The plot is riveting and keeps you engaged to the end. I highly recommend this book!

Can't wait for the rest of the series! Brava Regina!!

Smart, Sexy and Fun

I don't read many romance books, but I was impressed with The Art of Seduction. It's hard to believe this is Regina Kyle's first book. I loved it. The story was gripping and Nick and Holly are characters you want to root for. Regina writes her characters with such care, sass and with great humor. Oh and then there's the sex scenes. WOW. I'll be pre-ordering her next book as soon as I can!

Regina Kyle hit a home run with this book!

Regina Kyle did one heck of a job with her debut. Triple Threat will capture your attention until the very last page. Well, to be honest this book captured my attention as soon as I saw this cover, but the writing style of Regina Kyle and her amazing characters made me want to keep reading. This is one book you're going to want to buy for your e-reader and for your bookcase at home. The relationship between Nick and Holly will leave you feeling envious. I read a few books where I was left thinking that the hero and heroine shouldn't be together because I didn't feel a connection between them. This author definitely made me feel a connection. I was emotionally invested with these characters and their lives.
