The once beautiful Paragon Cafe in the Blue Mountains is in ruins. Since it's closure in 2018 there are fears the heritage-listed building will never be restored to it's glory days. Trish Doyle is the local member for the Blue Mountains and she's passionate about restoring the Paragon to its former glory.
