Meet Tristan, he is 25 years old, a News Anchor at KAGS, and originally from California. He moved here in the fall of 2019 and has a really cool story of how he found the gym. Tristen talks about how the gym has become a community to him and been a great place to go to especially during this difficult year. He also discusses his personal history with fitness and how he has learned to strike a balance of incorporating health and exercise into his life.
