Triumph in Christ

Taken from Joshua 1:3, Deuteronomy 1:8, and other scriptures, this message addresses the importance of seeing your life, your future, your ministry, your finances -- all that relates to you -- as God sees those things.

It is imperative, as this calendar year comes to a close, that you look forward to the new year as one who is victorious. You have the DNA of triumph on the inside of you as a child of the Most High God! Take time to envision yourself healed, financially stable, in that home, in that new job, with that new song or book or artwork, etc.

As you see, you must DE-CIDE. We talked about the word DE-CIDE a few weeks ago. "DE" means to cut off or cut down. "CIDE" means to kill. When you see what God has for your life, as you delve into the Word of God and in the presence of God, you must also identify the things that must be cut out of your life in order for that God-given vision to materialize. You must cut off limiting beliefs. You must cut off limiting behaviors! There is so much more to this teaching. Listen to it and act on the instructions.

Sometimes we can feel powerless or helpless, as if circumstances are so devastating that they cannot change. Just because you feel powerless does not mean that you actually are powerless. The enemy is trying to wear you down, but you don't have to take it!

One vital benefit of a believer's salvation package is the power to stand and prevail against the devil and demonic forces. You have the authority to take the Word of God, the name of Jesus, and the power of the Holy Spirit and run satan out of your affairs. James 4:7 tells us to resist the devil and he will flee from you!

This teaching was a great reminder of the importance of the words we speak. The words we speak are spiritual, creative forces. Jesus said the words He speaks unto us are spirit and life. John 6:63. Words are a spiritual, creative force that shape the reality of what we experience.

Scripture instructs us to declare the decree, and reminds us that we shall decree a thing and it shall be established unto us! Job 22:28; Psalm 2:7.

You must speak and declare consistently and persistently, with faith and conviction.

You may have noticed that we are in the season of the Jewish High Holidays, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and Feast of Tabernacles. The Jewish New Year began October 2, 2024, ushering in the Hebrew calendar year 5785. Although we are Christians, there is, nonetheless, spiritual and prophetic significance in the Hebrew calendar. In this message, we share a portion of the significance of the New Year 5785.

All Hebrew numbers also have an alphabet, letter, and a pictograph drawing. These have prophetic meaning. The years within the 5700's carry the meaning "May it be the year of." The last 2 digits in the 5700's are the decade and the year.

The decade of the 80's is symbolized by the letter Peh, which represents a mouth, speech, and language. Jesus said, "out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks." Luke 6:45. Be circumspect about what comes out of your mouth. You will have what you say.

The number 5 is represented by the letter Hey. It appears twice in the sacred name of God, Yahweh, and is a symbol of divinity. Specifically, it symbolizes Divine Breath, God's Creative Power, The Presence of God in the Human Heart, Spiritual Transformation by the Presence and Power of God, and God's Grace and Goodness.

These aspects are addressed in detail with scripture references. Take time to listen to this vital message and get in the flow of God's grace and goodness, and begin to experience the transformational power of the Holy Spirit like never before.

This powerful teaching focuses on Matt. 9:20, Matt. 14:36, Hab. 2:4, Rom. 1:17; Gal. 3:11, and Heb. 10:38.

In this pivotal season, it is essential that we place no limits on how God works in our lives. We must not assume that the way God moved in one person’s life is the only way He operates.

In this message, we see that when the woman with the issue of blood touched the hem of Jesus' garment and was healed, word spread that touching Jesus' hem was necessary for healing. However, this condition was imposed by people, not by Jesus. As a result, their healing due to their pre-conceived notions. Don't let that be your story.

Do not place any conditions on God's ability to operate in your life! For the believer, the only prerequisite you need is FAITH. Choose to believe God! Things are about to pivot in your favor!

God is doing a new thing in this new year. God crowns this year with His goodness and His paths drop fatness. Psalm 65:11. The NLT says “even the hard paths overflow with abundance.” Even those who have been experiencing difficulties, God has prepared for you paths that overflow with abundance. I believe this new year will be your most prosperous and rewarding year ever! Yet, you can’t put new ideas into old mind-sets. You can’t expect new results with old behaviors. This teaching provides needed instruction on how to integrate into your behavior the truth of the Word of God. God’s promises will not simply be understood with your mind, but it will be integrated in your behavior and manifest in your life.

"Out with the Old, in with the New," is taken primarily from Phil. 3:13-14; Isaiah 43:18-19. To go forward, you must forget the past. People are talking to themselves, saying, "What did I miss?
