With a doctorate in human services focusing on industrial organizational psychology from Capella University, along with master's and bachelor's degrees from Eastern Illinois University, Dr. Hamaria is driven by her passion to foster healthier, more vibrant workplaces for all. Empowering individuals and organizations alike, she's on a mission to transform lives and workplaces, one bright idea at a time.

Xenia Barnes is a trauma coach, speaker, author, and community activist who has been helping survivors of domestic abuse, violence, and long-term illnesses for over 16 years. She is the founder and CEO of Gold Mind Thoughts, a coaching service that uses a unique four-step process to target each client’s specific needs and goals. She is also a PhD Candidate in Advanced Human Behavior at Capella University, where she studies the effects of trauma on human behavior and development.
As a trauma survivor herself, Xenia has a personal and professional passion for empowering others to overcome their trauma and achieve their full potential.
