Please find part 2 of my conversation with Grace as we continue to discuss mental health, her traumatic experiences living with her stepfather, career conversation, and finally, her paranormal investigation hobby!
Grace's Bio
Hello, my name is Grace. I am 22 years old, and I am from a small rural town in Central Texas. I am writing this today in order to speak to you about mental health- including some of my personal quirks, how my journey began, and how I have matured with my coping mechanisms and techniques. I was officially diagnosed with depression and anxiety at the age of 15, and I have shown traits of pretty severe OCD for my entire life; but that has yet to be officially diagnosed- probably because I've been too afraid to discuss those tendencies in a “professional” setting. If anyone is interested in hearing more about identifying or living with abuse; living with depression or anxiety; working corrections; or just general conversation, please reach out to me.

Parents are overly involved and develop questionable tactics for their children, who can otherwise assume responsibility and autonomy. Let's explore this term and look at both sides of the equation.
