Whoa, Shuhei! We’ve got a lot to talk about. Stack it up! Join Matt, Alex and Veronica as they discuss, among other things, The Plucky Squire, Astro Bot, Hands of Fate 2, and Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. What’s more, we answer listener questions and name games that deserve nominations for The Game Awards 2025 Game of the Year. That time again? Yep! We’ve blown through another year — without catching our breath. As winter begins to bear down, and people ravenously mock Geoff Keighley, we, at the very least, are excited to see The Game Awards announcements and reveals that Keighley has up his sleeve(s).
We hit the high notes, and we hit the low notes, but we’ll always bring the banter. What are you waiting for? Dive in!
As always, the opinions fly fast and heavy! Look out for this super-sized show, as the seemingly smallest conversation veers off into a multiverse of chit-chat. Sounds cool, huh? That’s the fancy way of saying “derailment.” And there’s plenty of that to go around! Let’s dance, Heroes of the XMB!

Whoa, Shuhei! We’ve got a lot to talk about. Stack it up! Join Tricky, Alex, Yield and Matt as they discuss, among other things, Alan Wake 2, Tunic, and MultiVersus. What’s more, we delve into evidence that scalpers might be taking a loss on the PlayStation 5 Pro. Based on eBay listings, the new model of the PS5, not including the 30th anniversary edition, is often listed below MSRP. While it’s good to see scalpers get some comeuppance, some folks are still trying to sell it for far above MSRP; however, scalpers might find it hard to sell at an inflated price, with the console still available in stores.

Whoa, Shuhei! We’ve got a lot to talk about. Stack it up! Join Tricky, Alex, Yield and Matt as they discuss, among other things, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, NHL 24, Alan Wake 2, Astro Bot, and Assassin’s Creed Shadows. What’s more, Matt delves into the Monster Hunter Wilds beta. If you have questions, then Matt, as a certified monster slayer, has answers. What better time to jump into Capcom’s Monster Hunter? Matt loves the series, and his rabid enthusiasm can stir even the coldest heart.

Whoa, Shuhei! We’ve got a lot to talk about. Stack it up! Join Tricky, Alex, Yield and Jeremy as they discuss, among other things, Silent Hill 2, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, and Monster Hunter Wilds. What’s more, we delve into the disappointing sales — according to Ubisoft — of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Unfortunately, the Lost Crown team have been split up; however, in what might be a sliver lining, the developers have been shuffled throughout Ubisoft to help with various projects.

Whoa, Shuhei! We’ve got a lot to talk about. Stack it up! Join Tricky, Alex, Matt and Jeremy as they discuss, among other things, Silent Hill 2, Still Wakes the Deep, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed, and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. What’s more, we delve into the curious case of Cloud Imperium Games’ Star Citizen. During the past 12 years, Cloud Imperium Games have spent more than $600 million to build the game, while also raising nearly $800 million for the project. CIG have set a 2026 release date; however, that doesn’t excuse the lengthy and troubled development cycle — on top of the preposterous funding that they have needed to build and polish the game.

Join Tricky, Alex, Matt and Jeremy as they discuss, among other things, Still Wakes the Deep, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, Ghostbusters Spirits Unleashed, Dino Crisis, and Metal Gear Solid Delta. What’s more, Sony have removed Hotline Miami 2 from the PlayStation Network in Australia. Sony erroneously released the game, which was unrated in Australia, via the PlayStation Plus game catalog. If the Australian government does not classify a game, according to age appropriateness, then it can’t be sold to consumers (in the Australian market). We’re not here to summon the Headless Horseman, but someone probably caught the ax for that gaffe.

Join Tricky, Alex, Yield and Matt as they discuss, among other things, Star Wars Outlaws, Wild Card Football, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and Horizon Zero Dawn. What’s more, we delve into community questions and react to Sony’s plan to restrict preorders — in Japan — of the PlayStation 5 Pro Anniversary Edition.
