The storm is expected to linger in the Carolinas for days. The flash flooding threat from Debby extends across both North Carolina and South Carolina. Cities as far inland as Augusta, Columbia, Raleigh, and Durham could even see flash flooding from this storm.

At this hour on Monday, the storm is already produced tornado warnings in South Carolina as the first, outer bands of Debby moves into the Carolinas.
