In tough times pray God's will be done, suffering now short vs eternity with God, don't do favors hoping for thanks in this life, Christ's enemies were never reasonable either, contemplate the future victory in Christ's teachings, accept difficulties with stronger heart, answer to trapped personality feeling is more work, after insults just imagine how much more they left unsaid, disciple follows Master toward cross/toil/anguish, don't fight external pressure but internal complicity.
