Troy Casey is The Certified Health Nut. 

He’s a current Chek practitioner, who has been all over the world to seek out indigenous medicines and practices to combat the toxic world we live in today. As a Versace model, he began incorporating many of those holistic diet and fitness practices to maintain his appearance. 

He’s been through the wringer in life from a traumatic childhood, addiction, divorce and failed business. He was able though, through intense self-work and plant-medicines to alchemize those experiences into a thriving business, a re-kindled marriage and loving family, as well as his powerful book we discuss
