Troy City Council President Sue Steele is calling for Troy to issue a statement opposing federal legislation that will reverse the 2024 Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) which strengthened lead pipe replacement requirements and lowers the allowable level of lead in drinking water. Steele talks with Mark Dunlea of Hudson Mohawk Magazine about the federal bill and the status of Troy's efforts to replace such lead pipes.
