3 days ago I had a massively traumatizing event. As I was lost in grief my buddy Nick Davis texted me: Hey man, sorry about your loss, have you run TRP on yourself yet? I had not but did. It made a huge difference. I still feel the loss and a degree of sadness but I am not overcome by the trauma.
