Reflecting on a time when I've pulled a cookie out of the cookie jar and setting a mindset for how I go forward. Plus, a funny "Alexa" moment...she repeated herself when I played it back.

Today was the first day of the '23 - '24 school year. #Stress and #Anxiety are all over the place and I subconsciously fell back on my knowledge as a Weight Watchers Coach to have a successful day. Using the "Wait 5" technique I was able to move past the most difficult parts of the day without turning to emotional eating.

My thoughts on traveling to Citi Field on a Friday night in the rain, with my son doing the driving.
