On this weeks episode we discuss the topic of loneliness.  Loneliness has become a taboo word to use as a middle aged male and I want to break that barrier down.  It doesn't matter who you are because we all experience this emotion and unfortunately if you suppress it for long enough it will manifest its self into something more serious.  Lets talk about loneliness together!
