In a journalistic masterpiece I discuss the recent AB5 situation.  The Supreme Court declined to take up AB5 so the 9th Circuit Court ruling stands.  There was a hold on enforcement of California AB5 but that will soon end, possibly as soon as today.  Will trucking be doomed?  Is trucking over?  No.  Just new laws to comply with.  Essentially you are an employee unless you start your own business.  Period.  Some automotive news including yet another Toyota recall and a reason we are not on Mars wraps today up.  Companion video about AB5 on YouTube.
