It could be the plot to a Hollywood movie: On an isolated stretch of coast, a North Korean freighter waits to unload a 150kg shipment of heroin. Also waiting are federal police agents, who are ready to swoop on the illegal cargo and smugglers after weeks of surveillance. But this was no movie. This was real life - and it all happened on the Surf Coast.
