Becoming: as opposed to Unbecoming
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:8-9 (NIV)
Overriding App: What you feed your mind is directly proportional to the level of peace you enjoy
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will
guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7
V 8: Not “finally” as much as finale
The Promise: the God of all peace Himself will be with you
The Condition: “Think on these things”
Final Applications: Think on these things…
1: Feed your mind on Truth
“Sanctify them by the Truth; your Word is Truth.” John 17:17

Question: What will you do this year in order to be intentional about feeding your mind on that which God says most pleases Him?
