Christine Laverne Slaughter (that’s her actual birth name, we were shocked too) was an American serial killer who was active in a couple different towns in Florida. She had a really rough childhood, and as a young child she began to take that anger out on cats, killing several of them by throwing them from great heights. When she was a teenager, she graduated to killing the children she babysat. This story is especially heartbreaking due to this fact - many of her victims were young children.
