A true crime story that covers the serial killer Dean Corll - Corll was the definition of a wolf in sheep's clothing. High School graduate top of class, co - owner of a thriving candy shop , Army Veteran, and lived a pretty quite family life.. there would be no way to tell that he would soon be responsible for 28 known murders of teenage boys in the inner city Houston Texas area. This case highlights the bureaucracy that sometimes cripple investigations, that could possibly save lives. It also highlights the need to be hyperaware of the warning signs that come with human trafficking and sexual abuse. January is Human trafficking awareness month so if you do not know the signs, please educate yourself so we can all do our part to protect our communities.
