Jack Unterweger was born in 1950 in Graz, which is the capital city of Styria, a state in southeast Austria (and fun fact it is the second largest city in Austria after Vienna). His early life was somewhat turbulent, and it is thought that a combination of events from his early childhood caused a sever hatred of sex workers. As you can imagine from a true crime podcast, he was a murderer. And this is where the story gets crazy... In fact, I think that this is the absolute craziest story we have talked about on this podcast to date. Just a warning, this story is difficult to listen to and mentions sexual assault and murder.
