Skylar Annette Neese was born on February 10th, 1996 to Mary and David Neese. On July 5th, 2012, she returned to her family’s apartment in Star City, West Virginia after her shift at Wendys. Her complex had surveillance cameras that show that she left her apartment by climbing out her bedroom window and getting into a sedan at 12:30 am. Despite not taking her charger with her and leaving her window open, signs she intended to come home, she never returned. What happened that night? And what did they do to ensure it never happens again?
