Truth and Consciousness with Erin Reese

True Freedom and the End of Seeking

Listen Later

On April 3rd, I met with a small group of students and spiritual seekers for an online satsang, or “gathering in truth.” I teach from the non-dual wisdom tradition of Advaita (“not two”), with an emphasis on embodied understanding. You may already be familiar with this branch of yogic knowledge, or jñāna. My teaching combines this intellectual understanding with bhakti, when the realization drops into the heart.

Thanks for reading Truth and Consciousness with Erin Reese! This post is public so feel free to share it.

One of the satsang attendees very generously granted permission to use this excerpt publicly. We discuss the end of seeking, true freedom, the eternal subject, and the infinite number of causes and effects transpiring to create this moment, here and now.

I am including both the audio version and the video version here. If you are interested in participating in future satsangs, please reach out to me directly.

May this talk bring you closer to realization of your own True Nature!

With love,

Erin Reese
