I. Leader leaves a department/Person better than how he found it or them. (00:04:59)
II. A Leader cares about what others say (00:08:10)

- Leadership comes down to two fundamentals: WHO YOU ARE and HOW YOU THINK.
- Your attitude is more powerful than your reputation.
- To exercise leadership you must believe you are inherently a leader.
- Learn from others but never become them! So don’t expect for others to be your clones.
