Have you ever heard of the "Devil in the Diner" phenomenon? 

It’s an encounter that many have experienced and have been left with confusion or disbelief over in the end. A person meets a mysterious stranger in a public setting (usually in a diner) where this stranger is said to appear ordinary at first but eventually other-wordly. What starts as a normal interaction with a friendly stranger turns to something a little more... sinister.
