Shea Smith is a speaker and mentor helping accidental leaders own their authority in their impact driven business.
From producing network television to leading a team of clean living consultants, she has led over a hundred people most of which never set out with the intention of leading others.
For someone who has dabbled in network marketing and has a passion for direct sales, I was really keen to get into some of the sticky questions and dispelling myths around this industry - that Shea had no hesitation in answering. In fact, this leads us into a really interesting conversation about becoming an accidental leader to finding your natural leadership style once you embrace the title.
