On April 14th and 15th in the Downtown Chicago area, teens were caught again in local and national spotlight after a chaotic weekend.

According to ABC7 news , videos showed groups of teens recking havoc on Michigan Avenue on Saturday April 15th and at 31st Street Beach on Friday April 14.

Some teenagers were shot, dozens of arrests were made, with businesses, residents and tourists scared.

These meet ups known as "trends" are often hyped up and circulated on social media.
