What do we mean when we say Truma will make you time travel?

Well it means....

When something that happened in your past that effects you now and that makes you revert back to your past when that thing happened or makes you take on that frame of thinking when the and or wound occurred?

Truma

deeply distressing or disturbing experience.

Wound

an injury to living tissue caused by a cut, blow, or other impact, typically one in which the skin is cut or broken.

We have to learn within God through our walk to allow the wounds to heal do that there are only scars left. So much so folks can see your battle wounds, which is proof you made it our the battles of life and we have to make it so that before we engage in relationships that we don't keep picking at the wounds and removing the scabs. Healing won't come if we keep carrying the baggage of old wounds. Healing can be promoted properly if we keep picking off scabs where there should be scars. You have to deal with your wounds in the natural by possibly putting ointment on it and there is a stage you have to let it breathe. In these stages the ointment is the annoiting of God applying the pressure of God's word daily to your hurt and wounds so Healing can take place kn the inside. Because how many of you know that all wounds are not just physical but are also spiritual. Once you get to the let it breathe stage of wound care that is allowing yourself to talk about it without the pain continuing to regurgitate your pain in defect but by feeling and dealing with it and not being in denial that it happened while at the same time not being in denial that you made it. You might have ptsd but you are free from that event it's over so now this work has to be done before you get into relationships but what happens when that is not the case we are going to touch on that today on how we handle and deal with each others wound care, each other's, baggage and truma.
