Rex Tillerson is out as Secretary of State.  US President Donald Trump tweeting this morning that CIA Director Mike Pompeo will step into the role.  Pompeo will be replaced at the CIA by Gina Haspel, who has been the deputy director. She will be the first woman in that role.
