Over the weekend, President Trump authorized a targeted military operation against Iran, ordering the U.S. military to launch three airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities. According to administration officials, the strikes were aimed at disabling key components of Iran's nuclear infrastructure believed to be advancing weapons development.  

The operation marks a significant escalation in tensions between the two countries and has prompted widespread international reaction. Pentagon sources report that the bombs were precision-guided munitions designed to limit civilian casualties, although the full extent of the damage is still being assessed. The Iranian government has condemned the strikes and vowed retaliation, raising concerns of broader regional conflict.
