Trump’s DC Trial for allegedly doing illegal things in trying to overturn the outcome of the 2020 election is back in the hands of the trial judge, after extremist judges on the US Supreme Court delayed it in a shameful but successful attempt to help Trump politically.

The trial judge, Tanya Chutkan, is now back in control and she’s not mucking around. She will hold hearings and make factual findings on which of Trump’s acts were official v unofficial, immune v not immune.

Meanwhile, support for Kamala Harris continues to rise amongst voters, including republicans who don’t like Trump and his antics.
