CONGRESS JUST NUKED THE HEMP INDUSTRY IN THE SPENDING BILL

While you were distracted by the shutdown drama, they snuck Section 781 into the bill.

It basically bans most hemp products.

Here’s what they did:

Delta-8 THC? Banned.

Delta-10 THC? Banned.

Your CBD oil with trace THC? Probably illegal.

They set the limit at 0.4mg of THC per ENTIRE container.

Not per serving.

Per container.

A standard CBD tincture bottle? Over the limit.

Those gummies that help your grandma sleep? Criminal.

But wait, it gets worse.

They’re banning anything with “THC-like cannabinoids.”

What counts as THC-like?

They don’t know.

FDA will tell us in 90 days.

After the bill passes.

Classic government.

Pass it first, figure it out later.

Thousands of small businesses? Dead.

Farm families growing hemp? Screwed.

Veterans using CBD for PTSD? Back to pharma pills.

People managing pain without opioids? Too bad.

This wasn’t about safety.

This was Big Pharma eliminating competition.

They can’t patent a plant.

So they made it illegal.

It was bigger than the Epstein saga as in the Hemp products aka THC and CBD Cannabis infused products that millions rely on daily for pain relief and a variety of other health and wellness related outcomes are now going to be banned in 2026.

Summary of the changes that are a part of Section 781 [H.R. 5371, the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026] of the massive spending bill that the Rabbi Trumpstein just signed to further degrade the weary and broken Republic.

* Section 781 in the November 2025 spending bill redefines hemp to exclude products exceeding 0.4mg total THC per container, banning Delta-8, Delta-10, and similar cannabinoids, as confirmed by congressional records and industry analyses.

* The bill amends the 2018 Farm Bill’s hemp definition (7 U.S.C. § 1639o) to exclude “final hemp-derived cannabinoid products” containing more than 0.4 mg combined total per container of total tetrahydrocannabinols (THC, including THCA) and any “cannabinoids that have similar effects... as a tetrahydrocannabinol” (as determined by HHS). A “container” is the retail packaging (e.g., bottle, jar, or packet).

* This effectively bans intoxicating hemp products like Delta-8 and Delta-10 (often semi-synthetic or exceeding limits) and many full-spectrum CBD tinctures/gummies with trace THC, as even low levels push products over the cap.

* It also excludes synthetics, non-plant-derived cannabinoids, and intermediates sold to consumers.

* The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp derivatives with ≤0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. Section 781 tightens this to a per-container milligram cap, re-criminalizing many compliant products nationwide and shifting enforcement to FDA/USDA.

* The provision, advanced during government shutdown talks, overrides 2018 Farm Bill allowances for low-THC hemp derivatives, prompting Sen. Rand Paul’s failed amendment to strike it and widespread backlash from small businesses and advocates.

* Paul (R-KY) offered an amendment to remove Section 781, arguing it would “eliminate 100% of the hemp products in our country” and destroy the industry. It failed 76-24.

* Effective 365 days after enactment (Nov. 12, 2026). FDA must publish lists of natural/synthetic cannabinoids and clarify “container” within 90 days of enactment (by Feb. 10, 2026).

* Industry estimates: Could shutter 50,000+ retailers, 100,000+ jobs, and $28B+ in annual sales (e.g., Texas alone: 5,000 businesses at risk). Hemp farmers lose markets for derivatives. Veterans and chronic pain patients (e.g., PTSD, non-opioid alternatives) face restricted access.

* Impacts include potential closure of thousands of hemp retailers and restricted access to non-opioid pain relief for veterans, with enforcement likely within 90 days rather than the post’s stated November 2026 timeline, per vendor reports.

The Pedo President has gone too far is time around in appeasing his Donor Class members. It was yet another snake bite from the Snake in Chief after the Epstein Files coverup and the destruction of the Economy which he is doing in real time.

Answer, nothing is to be gained if you are in the right mind, but since we are writing about the good Rabbi Trumpstein who loves his Big Pharma w****s and who loves to take their blood money and distribute the latest poison they demand for the depopulation agenda.

Billions in losses for the Cannabis Industry as thousand lose their jobs and small businesses go under so that Bill Gates and crew can dine with the Pedo President.

It looks like another setup by Pfizer once again. Just as they bought a firm that had a treatment for Cancer because they know their Vaccine Bio-weapons were going to cause a massive spike in Cancer cases. So too here they buy a Medical Cannabis firm so that they can push synthetic THC and CBD products to people.

Take away what is proven and healthy and replace it with fake synthetics and then call it progress, science and medicine to gaslight and foolish sheeples. Ladies and gentlemen, I believe we must zoom out if we are to understand the pattern that we are gathered here to explore because the pattern is larger than federal health agencies and the COVID cartel.

If we do zoom out and ask what they are hiding, the answer becomes as obvious as it is disturbing—they are hiding everything. It will be jarring for many to hear a scientist speak with such certainty.

It should be jarring.

We are trained to present ideas with caution, as hypotheses in need of a test. But in this case, I have tested the idea and I am as certain of it as I am of anything.

We are being systematically blinded; it is the only explanation I have encountered that not only describes the present but also predicts the future with near-perfect accuracy.

The pattern is a simple one—you can see it clearly and test it yourself. Every single institution dedicated to public truth seeking is under simultaneous attack; they are all in a state of collapse.

Every body of experts fails utterly. Individual experts who resist, or who attempt to restore their institutions’ sanity, find themselves coerced into submission.

If they won’t buckle, they are marginalized or forced out.
