Over 25 years' experience in culture evolution, change leadership, people development, and talent management in a variety of industries. She is a proud Mom of 2 very sports kids. Outside of work, Nicole volunteers on the Halton Learning Foundation Board and with Food Bank Fridays, a local community group supporting Food Banks. It is important to Nicole to support the health & wellbeing of people at work, at home and in her community.
