In 2 Corinthians 5:11–21, Paul calls believers to put on spiritual glasses and discern who is influencing their lives. The Corinthians were impressed by charisma, wealth, and status, but Paul reminds them that Christ’s love compels us to live for the One who died and rose again for us. True influence comes from Jesus-like people—those who humble themselves, fear the Lord, and live sacrificially so others may be reconciled to God. As new creations, we are called to be Christ’s ambassadors, rejecting worldly standards and living for Him who gave His life for us.
