My spirit guides start us with our head in the clouds this week…

There is a simplicity to the energy surrounding this week. A calm sense of connection that is meant to be followed rather than questioned. You may find yourself bumping into moments of wanting to know what comes next, needing certainty, direction, or reassurance. But in those moments, we are being guided back to the clouds - back to the peaceful energy that reminds us we are safe, supported, and able to trust.

This week is not about forcing. When we stop forcing ourselves to know, we also stop forcing our words, our actions, and our interactions.

The same guidance applies to communication. Pay attention to where your words are coming from and the energy they carry. Are they rooted in fear, control, or the need to create a specific outcome? Or are they coming from the heart - allowing space for compassion, softness, honesty, and flow?

Being mindful of both trust and communication will serve you deeply this week.

And when in doubt, pause and breathe. Giving yourself a moment before reacting is far more supportive than responding from a knee-jerk emotion.

Your soul knows the way, even when your mind is still searching for answers.
