Today I want to talk about how trust and confidence go hand in hand. No one is born with confidence; it's something they learn and develop as they grow up. If you take steps to develop your confidence, trusting yourself will become so much easier.

Fear is our biggest detractor from confidence, and when we give into those fears, we diminish our chances of developing confidence in ourselves. Confidence is about knowing the difference between a frivolous decision and a wise decision.
