How to Modify Trust

Where do you get your information from? Do you trust the person who feeds you information? Do you find their information helpful? It is important to question what you’re consuming as a way to take care of both your emotional and mental health.

In this episode, we talk about the importance of questioning what you’re feeding your mind and body and those feeding it to you.

In a scenario where you have a caretaker, do you question them and what they give you? Do you even know if they’re qualified to do so? More often, we are conditioned to trust these people even though we may not extend the same level of trust to other people we’re hanging out with and what they give us.

Develop the habit of questioning your doctor/caretaker and what they’re making you consume or ingest into your body.

Always remember that your mind is delicate and very easy to poison because trust makes us feel like there’s a safety guarantee. No one is going to treat you like you treat yourself, so treat yourself with kindness. Learn to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and always question so you don’t poison your body and most importantly your mind.

Always ask yourself whether they have your best interest at heart?
