Today is a little different. The markets are closed, the charts are off, and many of us are stepping into a long holiday weekend ahead of Independence Day. And honestly, I think that makes today the perfect opportunity to step back from trading and reflect on something deeper than entries, setups, and profit. Today I want to spend some time in the Book of Proverbs chapter 19, because this chapter reminds us that life — and trading especially — teaches us very quickly that our plans do not always unfold the way we expect, but God’s purpose is always greater than our own.
