One of Kristen’s favourite manifestations are the wonderful friendships in her life. What most don’t see is the period of time she experienced loneliness and grief before attracting in community and the abundance of love that came with it. Even though you may desperately want something to manifest, trust that the universe has even better timing than you could imagine!

  • The grief she felt when leaving her friends in Costa Rica and having to purge emotions before being able to attract new friends in Miami
  • Our soul contracts with certain people, and trusting they are coming into your life
  • How we can’t forcefully manifest things to come otherwise you will still be unsatisfied
  • How she felt lighter and more clear after going through the void and embracing period of loneliness
  • Giving yourself time and space to grow in between manifestations in order to manifest something better
  • If you try to force things to come when you think you want them, you miss the bliss that is possible when they come in divine timing
  • The past is gone, the future is not here, and you are never guaranteed it will come
  • The bliss is in the present moment
