Frank Prisinzano is the executive chef and owner behind the Italian restaurants Frank, Lil’ Frankie’s, and Supper in New York City. He’s also an incredibly passionate artist, visionary, leader, Italian-American, and New Yorker. When I sat down with Frank, I knew him from his magnetic Instagram cooking tutorials, but I didn’t really know much else. What happened was an unexpected lesson on the power of trust and how it has shaped the way he lives his life — both within yourself and with everyone around you.
