In the final episode on Other-thinking, I move from trusting yourself, into trusting those individuals that are around you. This trust will ultimately reduce your worrying and over-planning. You can improve this by asking the question of "why," you don't trust them and also practicing patience. In my final thoughts, I express that over-thinking is human, and we all do it.
