In the final episode on Other-thinking, I move from trusting yourself, into trusting those individuals that are around you. This trust will ultimately reduce your worrying and over-planning. You can improve this by asking the question of "why," you don't trust them and also practicing patience. In my final thoughts, I express that over-thinking is human, and we all do it. Reducing it is the key to a get-things-done, live-life-without regret time here on earth. So all around simple assistance is in distracting yourself, exercising, and mediation. Enjoy!
