In today’s episode, Our special guest Rodney Little John discusses his process on becoming an elite Decathlon for Track and Field. He currently represents the University of the Incarnate Word. By trusting the process, Rodney molded himself into a leader and earned himself a gold medal at the 2019 Southland Conference Champions. With one more year of eligibility left, Rodney prepared himself to take his talents to the next level and compete for Nationals. However, due to covid, he wasn’t able to pursue his goal. But with one more opportunity, Rodney has one more chance to keep watering that seed.
